Freemasonry police say credit card numbers were seized on a black website where fraud and arrests were made on Monday.
He allegedly bought credit card numbers online and used around Iowa to obtain them.
It has been alleged that the skimmer card was over-calculated in the Serogold area.

Davis is responsible for transferring the stolen credit card by July 2017 and completing it in Mason by August 22, 2017.

Davis was charged with accepting a credit card number on a DreamWeb site during an investigation into the allegations.
Mason City Police filed a lawsuit against Davis on May 1 and issued a warrant for his arrest. The reshuffle was announced Monday.
Davis is accused of atrocities in other states, including Franklin and Chicago.
Davis is in Cerro Gordo County Jail on 50,000 50,000 bail.

Penalties for using a credit card can be used for up to two years in prison without permission.
Davis is the first contestant scheduled for Sept. 20 in Gordon County Court.
