More than 45,000 children have been sent to the Barman County Jail for cruel treatment.

Chapman’s laptop exploded, revealing that he was using a dark network and various means to hide his identity.
In January, he used three methods to create images that children did not like – types 36 186 A, types 8 831 B and 634 C.
He was sentenced to nine months in prison and to Tissy Coroner’s court on Monday for 18 months.
He was listed as a sex offender for five years and sentenced to five years in prison.
Graham Ellis, executive director of NCA, said: Every child not respected while watching or producing a photo will also die.
“The use of the Chapman Dark Network reflects pressure to prevent legal scrutiny and determination.
“Sexual offenders, the worst sex offenders, could not hide because they are breaking the law.”
The NCA and British police arrest more than 500 criminals every month and protect 700 children.
